You are enough exactly as you are. Treat yourself to something nice. Enjoyment does more than just bring joy into life. That’s why making time for yourself is such a healthy activity. What makes this more challenging is thinking that everyone else wants it just as badly as you do. For example, you could be spending a lot of your free time watching TV with your friends or hanging out with them at night. While it can be a treat to watch television, your health might suffer too. Or maybe you could meet up with friends at parties or join in for a game of football. Whatever it is, do it anyway! Life will still be fun without forcing it to work around your inability to communicate properly. In conclusion, there are two main things to remember: first, learning how to communicate at school and later in life is important. Second, don’t worry about having a serious conversation unless you really want to or need it. Let you child be your pride. Keep going toward your dreams as long as you keep strong!
